Who we are
Based in Deira. Deployed across the UAE.
Al Hisan Services is headquartered in Port Saeed, Deira — the working heart of Dubai. From here we deploy licensed security officers, professional cleaning teams and trained support staff to hotels, residential towers, malls, villas, events and commercial sites across Dubai and the wider Emirates.
Security came first, and it still leads. Our founding division trades as Al Hisan Al Abyadh Security Services — “The White Horse” — a name that stands for vigilance, strength and honour in Arabic tradition. When clients began asking the team on their door to take on more, we built the cleaning and facility support divisions the only way we knew how: same vetting, same supervision, same reporting.
Clients stay with us for an unglamorous reason: we show up. Posts are filled, schedules are kept, absences are covered, supervisors actually visit, and reports actually arrive. In this business, reliability is the product.

Recruitment & training
Every officer and operative is interviewed in person, background-checked and trained to the standards their role requires — including the licensing standards for security work in the UAE — before deployment. Site-specific briefing follows: your procedures, your escalation chain, your standards of dress and conduct.
Supervision & reporting
Teams are only as good as their supervision. Ours are checked on site every shift, supported by a 24-hour duty line, and required to log their work — occurrence books for guards, inspection checklists for cleaners. Clients receive reports on the schedule that suits them: daily, weekly or monthly.
