Retail security has two jobs that pull against each other: keep the environment open and welcoming, and keep stock, staff and shoppers safe. Officers who understand both are hard to find — so we train ours to be visible without being intimidating, and to intervene early, quietly and by the book.

Cover extends from entrance supervision and uniformed floor patrols to service corridor control, delivery bay management and car park patrols. During peak trading — weekends, sale periods, Ramadan evenings and festival season — teams scale up and shift focus to queue and crowd flow management.

From a single store to a full mall

We deploy individual loss prevention officers for standalone stores and showrooms, and radio-linked teams with a dedicated supervisor for larger retail destinations. Either way, every shift ends with a written report: footfall issues, incidents, near-misses and anything your management should know.
