This division exists because clients kept asking our security and cleaning teams the same question: “can you also handle…?” Usually, the answer is yes. We supply the trained people and coordinate the practical services that keep a property running — under the same supervision and reporting as everything else we do.

That means concierge and front-desk staff for towers and offices, porters and mailroom support, hospitality staff for functions, and coordination of routine site services such as pest control and waste management — scoped per contract, so you only pay for what your property uses.
